The staff was helpful. They contacted me before arrival to ensure my room was ready, I've never experienced that before!

The Twin Suite was spacious and had a full kitchen, which was awesome. The deep bathtub was a nice touch after a long day. The AC worked really well, so we stayed comfortable despite the heat. The staff were friendly, and even contacted us about check-in times ahead of time, which was cool. Just a couple of minor issues like some needed maintenance, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

we had a king suite on the 5th floor with an amazing view of part of the manhattan skyline. the room was perfectly clean and quiet, with a really comfortable bed and a nice shower. the location felt safe, and we loved that the bus station was just around the corner.

Our family loved the spacious room, which comfortably accommodated us and our kids. The staff’s kindness was heartwarming, especially when they surprised us with a care package for my son. Exploring the local community was a delight, so take the time to walk around and absorb the culture!

The King Suite offered a spacious layout with a comfortable bed, but I was disappointed by the pillows, which were not very supportive. Despite the kitchenette being well-equipped, I had to request plates and utensils separately. A major downside was the lack of nearby attractions—DUMBO and subway access required a considerable walk. The local supermarket's limited hours on weekends made grocery shopping inconvenient.
